Bak Bin Sandek







 INGREDIENT
·         1 Steam mung beans
·         1/2 cup sugar
·         1/2 cup coconut milk
·         1 teaspoon tapioca flower
·         1/2 spoon salt
·         1 white egg.

RECIPE
1.     Mix steam mung beans with sugar, salt and coconut milk
2.     bake it for about 30 minutes till the top turn light brown
3.     paint white egg over the surface, leave in the oven for about a minute or two.

4.     take out, cut and serve.
